Contents
- Trunk: all routed-expert projections (per-expert gate/up/down) +
linear-attention projections, quantized with the inference kernel's own
quantizer (
torch.ops.vllm.xpu_mxfp4_quantize — format match by construction).
Everything else (self-attn, norms, shared experts, embed, lm_head, vision)
is unchanged BF16.
- MTP draft block (
mtp.*): experts unfused and MXFP4-quantized,
support tensors BF16 — ready for
--speculative-config '{"method":"mtp","num_speculative_tokens":2}'.
text_config.mtp_num_hidden_layers is set to 1.
64,089 tensors / 21 shards / ~20.4 GiB weights. SHA256SUMS included.
Measured quality
- Post-hoc audit vs source: 100% pass (31,638 packed tensors matched,
scale tensors verified, CPU dequantization finite, 813 BF16 modules intact).
- Quality bench (16 prompts, math/code/instruction/fact-trap): 13/16 (81.2%).
- Hard suite (10 prompts, long-ctx/math/code/logic-constraint): 8/10 (80%),
including 2/2 long-context needle retrieval.
Example launch:
