Your account may be suspended for the following reasons:
  1. Postpaid billing issue: A payment for an outstanding balance could not be processed with your default payment method.
  2. Suspicious or abusive activity: If the system detects suspicious usage or abuse, your account may be suspended without prior notice.

What happens when your account is suspended

When your account is suspended, the following restrictions apply:
  • Serverless Endpoints access is disabled.
  • Dedicated Endpoint creation/restart is blocked.
  • All running dedicated endpoints are terminated.
  • Access to most platform pages is restricted until the outstanding balance is cleared.
  • Uploading or retrieving custom models, datasets, or files is not available.

Resolving suspension

If your account is suspended due to failed payments:
  1. Go to Team Settings > Billing.
  2. Pay any outstanding invoices.
Once the outstanding balance is cleared, your account access will be restored automatically. If your account suspension appears incorrect, contact support for further assistance.
