Let your team sign in to Friendli Suite through your company’s identity provider (IdP). FriendliAI does not currently support automated user provisioning (SCIM or Directory Sync); members are created on first SSO sign-in. If your organization needs SCIM-based provisioning, contact FriendliAI.
1

Request SSO

SSO is available on request. To request SSO, complete the following steps:
  1. Open the contact form.
  2. Enter your name, email address, job title, and company name.
  3. When you describe your request, include your SSO provider and the email domains your organization uses to sign in.
  4. Complete the rest of the form. Then, click Submit.
FriendliAI reviews your request.
2

Set Up Your SSO

If FriendliAI approves your request, you’ll get a setup link. Open it and follow the onscreen instructions.
3

Create a SAML Application in Your IdP

In your identity provider’s admin console, create a new SAML 2.0 application, then follow the onscreen instructions in the setup portal. The portal provides provider-specific guidance.
4

Configure Service Provider Details

Copy the ACS URL and Audience URI (SP Entity ID) from the setup portal and paste them into the corresponding fields in your SAML configuration.
5

Link Your IdP Metadata

Copy the metadata URL from your IdP and enter it in the setup portal to link the connection. If your IdP does not provide a metadata URL, enter the SSO URL, Entity ID, and X.509 certificate manually.
6

Test and Activate

Sign in through your IdP to verify the connection works, then activate the connection.
